VENUE REVIEWS: Rockit Room

The Rockit Room is situated at 406 Clement Street. The venue deals with both local and international up and coming bands. The club opens daily from 6pm thru 2am and is a 21 venue. The Rockit Room originated in 2005 and came under new management during 2008. Prior to becoming the Rockit Room, the building was also a music venue and saw a bunch of famous names pass through including Third Eye Blind and John Lee Hooker. On the top level, you can access full bar facilities along with a large-staged live music area with wooden floor. Downstairs, you will find another bar with TVs and pool tables. During August 09, bands that have/will be playing the venue include: Love & Rockets, The Hoo, Pomplooza, Beat Seekers, Hello Echo, Sara Judge, and Jesse Grant.
