The Museum of Craft and Folk Art in San Francisco presents the exhibition Evolution of the Ukulele: The History of Hawaii’s Jumping Flea. Viewable at the Museum of Craft and Folk Art at 55 Yerba Buena Lane until October 21, 2007. For more information visit www.mocfa.org.
It is a part of the first-ever San Francisco Ukulele Festival, to be held September 7 and 8, 2007.
At Thee Parkside, there is free all age entertainment on Saturday @ 3pm doors / bands @ 4pm to 8pm. You can hear IN THE FLAT FIELD, who are on tour, (this is their only S.F. show) as well as the DOORMATS, the HISTORY LESSON & DAY INTO YEARS. Thee Parkside is located at 1600 17th Street @ Wisconsin Street.

Ride The Blinds have a few shows coming up. They are playing Ajax, 2440 3rd Street on Friday September 14th 2007. They also have a show at the Independent on September 7th with Rose Hill Drive and Dirty Sweet.
Bellavista are playing CDN tonight. The show starts at 9-30pm. Café Du Nord is located at 2170 Market St, SF.
