Pigeons or Panthers and Casey Chisholm are amongst the music on offer at Kimos in a $5 show on December 21st.
The Paper Sons are playing Slim’s (333 11th Street ) on December 21st. Doors open at 8 and the band plays at 9-30pm. Advance tickets cost $12. It is a show to catch, as they release their Fine Line EP - which was reviewed in a former post. Goodbye Gadget & Jingle Punx have a Christmas show at Blake's on Friday December 21st. Its an all age show, with tickets at $12 if under 21/$10 if over 21. You can check out one of the bands in advance, at: www.myspace.com/jinglepunx
The Rickshaw Stop is an alternative venue to consider for Friday's musical entertainment. Maldroid plays the Phoenix in Petaluma on December 22 at 7pm. It is an all age $8 show.
Chris Hanson plays Coffee Adventures (1331 Columbus Ave) on the 22nd December at 11am.
Heaps of bands play the free Xmas Party Show at Thee Parkside on Saturday 22nd. Doors @3pm, bands from 4-30. ($2 beers 3-8pm.) all age til 8pm, then 21 . Bands include: Butterface, Sticks and Stones, Kickstarter, and Thunderhorse. The venue is located at 1600 17th street.
