September 4th offers us a concert from Swann Danger at The Eagle. It is due to start at 8pm.
Also on the 4th, Pidgeon, Tear It Down, The Delta Mirror, The Shimmies and DJ Odd Nosdam play the Hotel Utah. This is an 8pm concert and tickets are $6 at the door. Delta Mirror have their new CD released at this show.
The Trophy Fire have a CD release at the Rickshaw Stop on Thursday. Also playing the 7-30pm show are Hundred Days and Picture Atlantic. Tickets are $10 and it is listed as all-age.
Peter Matthew Kasen will be back in the SF area on the 25th and 26th November. He is booked into Tiny Telephone Studios to track and record his next six-song release. Laura Dean will be the engineer/producer. It will then be mastered and pressed, and should be available via Orion Records by January. The recording is to be known as "Pennies in the Pocket". Peter says, “I couldn't be more excited and anxious to get this record recorded and get back on tour to play it for all of you.”
