If I were in town today, I would head on over to the show from Why I Hate, The Murkins, and Farewell Typewriter at The Uptown in Oakland - it is for the 21 peeps but free.
MAY 27:
S.F. Popfest is on at The Rickshaw Stop tonight. You can catch an all ager from Tune-Yards, Eux Autres, Social Studies, and Knight School for $10.
MAY 28:
Blake's (Berkeley) 70th Anniversary show might see my facve if I were not stuck in England. They have a show for you with music from Saint Vernon, Cold Grave, Savage Machine, and Psychosomatic for the 18 peeps at 9.
Also of interest is the show from Birds & Batteries, Judgement Day, Sister Crayon, and Spinning Platters playing at The Rickshaw Stop at 10pm tonight - listed as 18 .
MAY 29:
The Orange Peels, Dream Diary, Leaving, Mornington Crescent, and
The Corner Laughers play The Hotel Utah in an afternoon show today - if you are 21 you can head along to the show that is part of the S.F. Popfest. You might prefer to catch Lavay Smith And Her Red Hot Skillet Lickets playing CDN at 9 for $15.

The City Walls, Fever Charm, Finish Ticket, and Foolish Ways play a 6-30pm show at Blake's in Berkeley that is listed as all age tonight. You may prefer to catch Cats On Fire, The Tyde, The Math And Physics Club, My Teenage Stride, and Devon Williams playing S.F. Popfest at The Rickshaw Stop in an all ager at 7 for $12.

The El Rio is where I would be headed for tonight if in town. I would catch the show from Red Meat, 77 El Deora, East Bay Grease, The Gypsy Moonlight Band, and Scott Young for $10 at 4pm - doors at 3.
