Madelia finally have a concert listed again (YEHHHH) - it's at CDN - doors 8-30pm - on the 28th May. Immigrant and Mercy Mercy also play the show, which is 21 and will cost you $10. Madelia are set to go bang on 9pm, followed by Mercy Mercy @10 and Immigrant at 11 - (& if you have forgotten/don’t know, Café Du Nord is situated at 2170 Market St, city.)
On Thursday, you can catch The Junior Panthers, Dora Flood, and The Parties in a 21 show at CDN. It is set for 9pm and will cost you $10.
You might prefer to catch the 9pm show with Nurses, Black Rainbow, Airfix Kits, and Future Adults at The Eagle Tavern (398 12th St) in a $5 show.
Friday May 30th at The El Rio, you can catch the Harmony In My Head Festival. (Details can be found at Really Long Link Performers include Sassy!!!, Karina Denike, Beach Girls and Blue Rabbitt. As the title suggests, the festival deals with SF bands that harmonize.
The Departed, Sore Thumbs, Switchblade Riot, and Wardogs have a show at Thee Parkside on Friday at 8pm.
Shiloe play a Free in-store performance @ Rasputin Berkeley on May 30. They play The Retox Lounge on May 30, too. Their show also includes Ghosted, Pilots Wife and Phantom Float.
Also on the 30th May, Casy & Brian, Anavan, and Attractive & Popular will be playing a 21 show at The Hemlock. Tickets are set at $6 and the show for 9.
If you are interested in catching some 'well-known' chart-performers, there is to be a camping festival down south in Monterey, from May 30 through June 1. The location is Laguna Seca Recreation Area, and some of the familiar names listed to perform include: Snoop Dogg, Taking Back Sunday, Paula Cole, and Hot Buttered Rum.
Fans please note, if you have not heard yet - former band TOKYO DECADENCE is now know by the title LAKESIDE DECADENCE, mostly due to the over popularity of the title 'Tokyo' in band names.
