On the 14th May, CDN offers up Toy Soldiers, Buttercream Gang, and Dead Westerns at 9pm for $7.
Meanwhile, Falls Protocol, Case In Theory, Silver Griffin, and Explosion Sauce play a 21 show at The Voodoo Lounge, 14 South Second Street, San Jose.
The Saurus, Ostrich Head, Richie Cunning, and Rob Rush play The Red Devil Lounge on Thursday at 8pm in a 21 show.
A nice surprise to greet me when I arrived online 3 hours late due to ISP tech difficulties and with a sinus infection burning my brains, was to hear the news that my second favorite band ASTRAL had some good news to share. One of their tunes being featured as a download from a major local media source. They were 'MP3 of the day' at SF weekly! (http://www.sfweekly.com)
My favorite band, as any regular reader will have learned by now, is Madelia. They have a concert coming up later this month, so I thought I would slip their flyer to you as advance notification! Having been absent from the scene for some time due to line-up changes, they are finally BACK!
