The Afrofunk Festival continues at The Independent on the 26th with music coming from Manicato and dj Felina amongst others. The show starts at 9 and it is 21 .
The Stork Club in Oakland has more than a half dozen bands performing on Saturday, including Grissom, Curmudgeon, and HDR. Tickets are listed at $10 and it is 21 .
Persephone's Bees have a 21 show with Testicular Manslaughter and Sixteens at The Uptown in Oakland on Saturday. Tickets cost $8 and the show begins at 9.
Missing Link have a reunion show at Blake's in Berkely on July 26th. Also playing this 18 show are Ten*G*Bob.
Down in San Jose, The Blank Club offers Veil Veil Vanish, Left Hand Army, and the reunion of Calm for $8, in a 21 show starting at 9.
Free Twang Sunday at Thee Parkside runs from 5-8pm on the 27th July. This week, music comes from Peace Maker and Norton Money. This concert is all age and free.
The Watson Twins and Tim Fite play BOTH on Monday. The concert is listed as $10 and 21 .
