Hooray For Everything and Angris both have a record release on for you tonight at 924 Gilman with more music provided by Neon Piss, Sweet Nothing and Detached Dolls. Tix are $7 for this 8pm Berkeley show. Blessed Curse, Laceration, Tinnitus and Dissonance play a 21 show at Eli's Mile High Club in Oakland for $5 tonight at 7. Poor Bailey, Anchors Up, Lia Rose and Platypus play an all age show at 7 pm tonight situated in Mama Buzz Cafe. If you fancy something a little different - pianist DJ Lebowitz plays Disco Volante in Oakland tonight for free - and the show is listed as all age. (For those not knowing the venue location, it is located at 247 14th Street at Webster.) San Fran's Thrillhouse Records gives you an all age free show from Reckless, Alibaster Choad and Libertas tonight at 7. NB: all Asian Man Records Anniversary events are already listed as booked out.

At 8-30pm you can catch a show from Vandella, Seryn and Hotel Eden at The Starry Plough. There is a 7pm show from Karl Alfonso, Phillip Greenlief and Sam Ospovat at Mama Buzz Cafe. If neither of those whet your apetite, try the 9pm offering from BOTH - An Horse, Poor Bailey and Steve Taylor.

The World Music Festival is on at Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley from noon for free and is all age - among the performers you can catch Druid Sisters Tree Party, The Helladelics, Pusaka Sunda, Brazuca and Sadza Marimba. More free entertainment is on at Amoeba Music in Berkeley where you can catch a free concert at 3pm from Mamadou & Vanessa. Yet another free music event on in Berkeley today is set for Rasputin Music at 4-30 where you can catch Eliyahu & The Qadim Ensemble. ALL these free Berkeley events are listed as all age. BOTH gives you Picture Atlantic, Rin Tin Tiger, Handshake and Lakes for $10 from 9 tonight. The Mezzanine is offering you a 21 show from Geographer, Surfer Blood, Innerpartysystem, The Vaccines and DJ Aaron Axelsen from 8pm listed as Live 105's BFD Pre Party. If you want to catch an album release, you will find The Illness offering their latest along with Disastroid and Outshined as a show listed as rock poster art show for $8 at 8 at the El Rio
