2009 shows: JUNE 25-26

A KALX event at The Rickshaw Stop gives you music from Sugar And Gold, Music For Animals, and Castledoor on June 25. It is an all ager costing $10 that starts at 8pm.

Triclops, Helms Alee, and Grayceon play BOTH this Thursday in an $8 show that starts at 9pm. Doors open at 8-30.

If you are short of cash, tickets are jut $3 for the Disgust of Us, The Mighty Russian Winter, and The Broads show at The Stud, 399 9th Street this week. The music is on from 9pm.

Petit Mal, ELM, and Astral Sleep have a show on at The Luggage Store Gallery. The show is on from 8pm.

Schande, Evacuee, and The Have Mercys have a 21 event on at The Hemlock, this Thursday. Tickets are listed at $6 and the event begins at 9.


The Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma on June 25 gives you a show from Night Ranger that is listed as all age. Neither list that mentions the show gives any further details, though.

The Pebble Theory's 3rd CD is being released in a show at CDN on June 26. The Paper Sons (who will be doing more recording and less shows for a bit) and The Attack Plan are also in the 9pm show, for which doors open at 8. (So say the band's flyer and email message - though two music lists list the show as starting at 9-30pm.) You can buy tickets in advance for a $2 discount, or at the door for $12. Keith Varon has a show at Dan's Bar in Walnut Creek on June 26. It is set for 9pm.

The Hunches, Long Legged Woman, and The Blimp play The Hemlock, this Friday. Tickets are set to $8 and it is listed as 21 .

On Friday at 9pm, you can hear The Moore Bros and Casual Fog play a show at The Starry Plough.

As April Turns To May have a show along with The Kinzie, Affair, Elana Jagoda, Yoni London, and out of towner's Fall City Shakedown Friday night. It is set to go at The Stork Club, Oakland and is listed as a 21 event costing $5.


It is acoustic night at Eli's, 3629 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Oakland this Friday. You can catch music from Pine And Battery, Smokin' Roots Crew, and Ka-Chi for $7.

Bored & Ashamed have a record release tonight at Brainwash, 1122 Folsom Street. Dirty Clergy and The Downer Party are also playing the show that is set to go from 7pm. It is listed as all age and free.

Coromorant have a show on June 26, playing with Slough Feg, Giant Squid, Helms Alee, and La Fine du Monde at The Phoenix Theater, Petaluma. It is listed as all age with tickets at $10.
