A show I missed adding for June 11:
For $20, or advance tickets of $15, you can catch music from DJ Quik & Kurupt - including his live band - BlaQKout have their LP release going on, and you can also catch music from Trackademicks, DJ Tap 10 & The Honor Roll, and The Kev Choice Ensemble. It is a 21 event and the doors of Ruby Skye, 420 Mason St. open at 8.
On June 12th at 9pm, you can hear Big Tree and Andrew Heringer Band play a show at The Fort Gallery.
The Church, Adam Franklin, and The Bolts Of Melody play Slim's this Friday. Tickets are set to $26 and the all ager is on from 9.
You might prefer to catch the 'battle of the bands' finals at The DNA Lounge, where you can hear from: Stereo Freakout, Thumper, Abriel, Fear The Fiasco, Ignus Verma, The Hit System, Nuck Fu, Imperfect Deity, Meat N Cheese, and Keeping Score for $10 or $12. It is an all age event and starts at 5-30pm.
Telepathe, Nite Jewel, and Hawnay Troof share a show at BOTH this week. It is a 21 event costing $10.
