2009 shows: May 3-6

On May 3, Deora play Thee Parkside in the free all age early show starting at 4pm. No details have been given at either of the three lists that I follow as to what is on for the late show - or if there will be one - so you might want to check with the venue on 415-503-0393 if interested.

Bart Davenport and Sean Smith share a concert with Spaniard Xoel Lopez at The Hemlock on Sunday. It is a 21 concert and tickets will be $7. The show starts at 9

2009 shows: May 1-2

Super adventure club have a show at The Red Devil Lounge on May 1. The show is on at 8pm. Other bands playing are Crowsong and Shotgun Wedding. It is a 21 show. Kami Nixon & the Skiddy Knickers are also listed as playing the Red Devil Lounge on May 1. This show is on from 8pm, and labeled as "supporting a Blue Bear School of Music presentation". Maybe it is the same show, or maybe you should check with the venue to see which show is going on for sure - 415-921-1695.

Fishbone, Bang Data, Monkey, and DJ El Kool Kyle play the Shattuck Down Low at 2284 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley on Friday night. Tickets are $20, but $5 less before 10:30pm

Ghost and Barn Owl have a show at The Independent on April 28. The show starts at 8pm.

The Splinters, Buzzer, and Brilliant Colors play a show at BOTH on Tuesday night. Tickets for the 21 gig are $8

2009 shows: April 26-27

Don't Trip, Murder Practice, Until Your Heart Stops, Unchained, and In Desperation are also playing at Sub-Missions art space for the At Our Heels record release show on April 26. The music is on from 7 and tickets cost $8. A second listing says that the show is on from 6, but as the 7pm time slot came from one of the bands direct, I would go with that, myself, and suggest that it is probably the doors that are open from 6.

Anthem have a show on Sunday at The Milk Bar - Haight-Ashbury. It begins at 5pm

Flipper play a free show at Amoeba Music, (2455 Telegraph, Berkeley) on Friday night. The show is all age and starts at 6pm.

Ghost Town Gallery in Oakland also has an all age show on tonight, featuring White Cloud, Belly Of The Whale, and The Dashing Suns. This show starts at 8pm

Fracas and The Pleasure Kills are among the bands playing for Erin's 21st Birthday at The Knockout on April 21. It is a 21 show and tickets cost $6.

Birdmonster plays CDN on Tuesday night. This 18 show starts at 8

The Elbo Room is situated in the Mission district and can be found at 647 Valencia Street.
Their phone is 415-552-7788. Its website is located at www.elbo.com, and its myspace at www.myspace.com/theelboroom. The Elbo Room does not accept credit cards. Week thru, the hours run from 5pm to 2am. The Elbo Room offers a full bar service and is a 21 venue

Fingers Of Passion, Final Summation, and Bullett 66 play an early all age show at Thee Parkside on Saturday. The show is free.

Audio Out Send, Love Is Chemicals, and The New Slave have a 21 show on April 18. Tickets are $8 and the venue The Hemlock. The show starts at 9-30

Cage The Elephant, LoveLikeFire, and Apside have a show at CDN on April 15. It is a Live 105 all age presentation and tickets costs $10.

Poison Control, Skull Stomp, and DJs Kate Waste and Lipstick Cherry play Sub Mission Art Space on April 15. Tickets are just $2 for this all age 9pm show

Saturday night in Oakland, you can find the Save The Boobies Breast Cancer Benefit going on at The Stork Club. As well as a wet t-shirt contest, you can hear music from Lilofee, Rondo Brothers, and DJ JC. Tickets for the 9pm show are $10 and it is 21 .

Friendly Fire, White Lies, and The Soft Pack play Slim's on Saturday April 11. It is an all age concert costing $15

King Loses Crown have an EP Release show at Annie's Social Club on April 9. Tickets are $7 and the show is on from 8pm. Death Valley High are also playing the gig. The band has released the EP, which is available for FREE at their site - http://www.kinglosescrown.com/

Sassy!!! have a show with Dexter Romweber Duo and Touch-Me-Nots at Thee Parkside on April 9. The show costs $10 and starts at 9. Dexter Romweber Duo are also playing an all age free show at Amoeba Music, 2455 Telegraph, Berkeley from 6pm

The Pets, Top Ten, and The Dashing Sons have a 21 show at The Uptown, Oakland on Sunday. Tickets are $5.

Veil Veil Vanish have a show with Felt Drawings, Babyland, and Everything Goes Cold at The DNA Lounge on April 5. It is an all age event, with doors at 7 and the show at 8
