If you want someone famous to enter your earholes, Alanis Morissette shares the stage with Alexi Murdoche Monday night at The Paramount Theatre, 2025 Broadway, Oakland. The event is listed as all age, but tickets cost a minimum of $40.
Alex Cuba has a 21 show at CDN on November 17. Tickets are set at $15.
Helms Alee and Kowloon Walled City play a free early show at The Hemlock on Monday. Music from 7pm, it is a 21 event.
Also on the 17th, Generalissimo and Smiles play a 21 show at The Elbo Room. The show is on at 9, tickets $5.
Weasel Walter Clarinet Choir and Pink Canoes are performing Tuesday night at The Uptown, Oakland. This is to be a free concert starting at 9pm.
Chiara Angelicola have a CD release set for Tuesday at BOTH. Jay Brannan is also playing the show, which is all age. Tickets cost $12/$14, and it's doors at 8-30 for the show at 9-30.
Also on Tuesday, The Bruises, Archways and Efft have a show at The Hemlock. It is listed as 21 .
Over at CDN, you can catch East Village Opera Company in a 21 /$20 show.
Vance Gilbert has a CD release set for Wednesday night at Freight & Salvage, 1111 Addison, Berkeley. Tickets are almost $20 for this 8pm event.
For an all age event, you could head to The Rickshaw Stop to catch Capgun Coup, The Pleasure Kills and The Love X Nowhere. They share an 8pm show costing $10/$12.
